Imperial Treasure Super Peking Duck

This latest addition to the Imperial Treasure Chain serves great tasting duck, but the service was nothing super at all (the staff were damn blur, slow and lethargic). Worst part...The fried ee fu noodles was drenched in oil and their 'soup of the day' was sold out by 2pm!

After lunch, we caught the movie 'Its Complicated' starring one of my fav actress, Meryl Streep.

Determined to get my weekly dose of soup, we decided to go to Paragon soup restaurant for dinner. The basement restaurants seem to be playing musical chairs and soup restaurant is now shifted to where 'Spaghetties' used to be. Thkfully, the soup was still as tasty!

Jumbo Seafood

My aunt has been 'terrorised' by a monkey at her estate which keeps stealing her chiku fruits. She sounded distressed so we decided to cheer her up by bringing her out for dinner at East Coast's Jumbo. We also assured her we'll get AVA to look at the problem. It is always a pleasure hearing her war stories and how we too behaved like 'little monkeys' when we were young. Dining by the seaside had a calming effect and of course, the spicy chilli crabs made her day as well!
