Dragon Phoenix Restaurant

On the last day on CNY, my family had our 'Lo Hei' dinner at Dragon Phoenix (龙凤), which supposedly serves the original Yusheng invented by the 4 Heavenly Kings of cantonese cuisine. True to its claim, the Yusheng was delicious with the right blend of ingredients and sauces. The traditional practice of uttering auspicious phrases before pouring each item is truly meaningful and fun. We also managed to try their authentic yam dish and 'yoke lan' chicken.
