My cousin and her husband are flying off to South Africa so we decided to have an earlier reunion din with them before our actual one next week.

One of the dishes we had was this prosperity pot known as 'Pen Cai'... which has 18 ingredients ranging from scallops, abalones, roast meats, prawns, mushrooms, etc... the pot was brimming with goodness so let's hope we'll have abundance in the new Tiger Yr!
